Traveling as Couple
We had stayed at a Comfort Suites on our way to Myrtle Beach last year & loved it. Thought this bed would be as perfect, but this bed still has us both taking pain maid! We thought the hot tub was going to help with back aches, but took hotter soak in bathroom tub. Waited for pool towels, ended up using our bath towels. Kids would love pool area. In a bad area of town. Front desk attendant seemed annoyed at my questions. Very few parking spaces. Overall disappointing experience.

Nice hotel for the money. The swimming pool was nice but was not heated. The spa and work out facility was excellent. Comfortable bed. Nice and friendly staff. A negative was the noise from the room above in the early morning hours and you had to enter through a gas station when coming from the east back to the hotel because a median prevented you from turning into the hotel parking lot. ...read more

This was a suite room, so our children slept on a pull-out couch. In the middle of the night, the couch collapsed. I informed the hotel in the morning and they insisted that they could not give us any type of discount or coupon. ...read more

Overall my husband, daughter and I were very pleased with our experience at this motel. We would most likely stay here again. It wasn't easy to actually get to the parking lot of the motel as there was no exit or entrance for just the motel. ...read more

Family with Young Children
The location was great--right off the interstate, but I did not notice any noise. The hotel was very clean. It has a big indoor pool and spa. Breakfast was nice.
A few negatives - the front desk clerk was not friendly. The room smelled of smoke. There were some young girls running unsupervised all over the hotel. ...read more
